Why did you pick me?
Because you are special. And we like you. Not kidding. It’s a solid criteria for everyone Sherra spends time with. Rita is obviously more tolerant. Still, we should be able to speak the truth.
Were there special qualifiers to be invited?
Besides we have to like you…yes, there were. Most everyone has been a Big Picture Coaching client working with Sherra. Everyone has purchased and supported My Workflow Studio. Everyone wants to grow their business. Everyone has billable clients who are not related to them. 😉
Are you sure I’ll like the group?
Yes. We used discernment and good judgment when selecting other people you will get along with. No drama, great personalities, diverse skills and strengths.
Can I post on Facebook or other social media that I’m so excited to be invited?
Please don’t since we can’t invite everyone.
Any specifics on flight arrival and departure times before I book my flight?
Please plan to arrive any time after 12:00 noon CST on Wednesday 10/7/15 and we do have to checkout at the house by 10:00 am CST on Saturday 10/10/15. Don’t hesitate to hang on at the beach or in Destin later on Saturday – just know you may have to arrange a shuttle to the airport depending on your flight time.
What airport should I fly into?
If you want us to pick you up, you should fly into the Destin – Ft. Walton Beach Airport (VPS) otherwise you’ll have to arrange your own transportation.
Can I bring my husband, significant other or kids since they love the beach?
No. Think of this as gift to yourself in distraction-free environment where you can focus on yourself and your business and leave your busy schedule behind for a few glorious days!
Will we be forced to wear feather boas and tiaras for “team building”?
Nope and there are no theme days or nights. We’re still working on a retreat logo so we can all get matching shirts. And short skirts and tube tops and knee high socks. (suggested by one invitee who shall remain nameless)
Are meals included?
Breakfast and lunch on all days plus a farewell dinner party. And snacks and beverages. BYOB for the wine, beer and alcohol people. You will have 2 evenings free to dine in the local restaurants by yourself, with a new friend or group. No dinner agenda!
Do you know I have a lot of food issues?
We’ll send out a survey after you register and be mindful of your food requirements.

What if I want to lounge at the beach all day?
Go ahead. It’s your time and your money. But we do encourage you to connect and engage with the group.
What if I don’t like the beach?
Let me guess, you don’t like chocolate either? Okay, whatever. We won’t force you to put a foot on the sand. You can wave to us from the house.
Will there be spa services available?
Yes. We’re working on offering on-site massages and facials. There are also several lovely spas in Destin that you may choose from.
Can I have the master suite?
Sorry, it’s already booked. Bedroom preference will be first come, first served but really, they are all great rooms!
What if I’m feeling a little less than confident about where my business is right now?
No worries! We have a unique mix of business women who are at different stages. We’ll all learn from each other.
Do I have to “know my numbers” in my business?
It would be very helpful so preparing a little could help you a lot. But you decide what you want to share with the group.
